To achieve a truly strong hop expression, we used a blend of Mega Terps hops complemented by Nectaron and Motueka. These hops have great aromatic potential, revealing flavors of grapes, fresh citrus, and ripe tropical fruit. In the beer, we also used a mix of Verdant and Pomona yeasts. These yeasts have a high biotransformation capacity, meaning the ability to convert aromatic compounds in hops, creating a more complex and intense hop expression. The beer is also designed to have a good fermentation and a dry finish, so that the hop character really shines through.
