Verdant x Left Handed Giant The Doorway Effect | DIPA

Earlier this year, and purely by chance, both breweries chose identical batches of Mosaic & Simcoe (Coleman Farm, Oregon) and Nectaron & Nelson Sauvin (Mac Hops, New Zealand). From that point, the doors opened and the recipes diverged. The result is two different 8% DIPAs that explore the diverse consequences of our brewing choices.

Our half of the story, 'The Doorway Effect', is available in the webshop from today. It’s a big, hoppy DIPA that showcases the vibrancy of these particular batches. Expect an intense hop aroma and a full, rounded flavour. It’s bright, lively, juicy and even a little wild.

For our second collection of Phase Haze beers with the fantastic Track, we are focusing on experimental New Zealand varieties alongside the established American star Citra. In this pale ale, NZH-109 takes the lead with all its zesty, tropical and funky glory. Citrus and fuel notes linger in the background in this soft, creamy and exuberant pale ale.
