Our love for the icons of the Beat Generation continues. If you've been following us for a while, you'll know that for Marylou (Pale Ale), Neal Gets Things Done (IPA), and Allen (DIPA), we used the exact same hop varieties to show how a story can develop, change, and intensify.

But one chapter was still missing. The ultimate poem. Introducing King of May, a monumental 10% Triple IPA that forms the grand finale of our Beat Gen series.

To honor the King, we’ve created an incredibly soft, luscious malt bill packed with a dizzying, saturated amount of our favorite Beat Gen trio: Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. We used the largest amount of T90 equivalent hops in the whirlpool we’ve ever done, combined with a huge dry hop of 30 g/l.

Expect juicy notes of mango, passionfruit, and peach, complemented by hints of resinous pine and a robust, earthy aroma. It’s grand, powerful, beautifully aromatic, and elevates our house style to an absolute top level.
