After visiting our friends in Thornbridge, it felt only right to revisit one of Great Britain's most iconic beers and give it the full Vault City treatment. We have reimagined this classic as a Sour IPA bursting with juicy citrus, tropical fruit and a powerful hop character. By combining Thornbridge's classic West Coast hops, including Simcoe, Chinook and Centennial, with some of our favorite varieties at Vault City, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka, we have layered classic notes of pine and bright citrus with ripe white grapes and tropical fruit, bringing an old-school West Coast influence to our signature sour edge.
