Then we thought: never mind, let’s brew an imperial stout with the taste of deep-fried Mars bars and make it 15.5% ABV.

Deep-fried Mars bars are as inextricably linked to our country as haggis or Irn-Bru, and we wanted to bring this dessert to life in a beer. With the help of Neon Raptor, we have filled the beer to the brim with chocolate malt, cacao nibs, and a subtle fried flavor.
