Tommie Sjef Flint | Wild Ale

Flint is our latest gueuze-inspired blend of wild ales. The beers used in this special blend have been aged in oak barrels for 6 months to 5 years.
The aroma contains notes of peach, straw, red wine, a touch of lemon, and a hint of black pepper. The taste is reminiscent of pink grapefruit, white wine grapes, raw honey, and a touch of oak, with an earthy and slightly leathery finish. The mild acidity, the tannins from the wood, and the slight bitterness of the aged hops complement each other perfectly.
