The Veil Brewing Co. whiteferrari | DIPA

A lot of work went into whiteferrari. We experimented with various malt and hop combinations through several other recipes, in search of what we believe combines the best of both worlds in one DIPA. This luxuriously soft DIPA (with an alcohol percentage of 8%) is intensely hopped with a 50/50 ratio of Citra and Galaxy – and we used an enormous amount of them! We chose the finest harvest for both hop varieties to give this DIPA the most expressive hop character possible.
