Stu Mostow X Ophiussa Mystic Sangria | Fruited Gose

This beer, created in collaboration with the Portuguese brewery Ophiussa, is a variant of the popular drink sangria. The base is gose, a sour and slightly salty wheat beer, enriched with a higher extract made especially for this version. A blend of apples, oranges, blood oranges, limes, and red grapes provides juicy depth, while fresh mint and a hint of cinnamon complete the composition with a refreshing and aromatic character.
