Seasonal IPA with fresh juniper sprigs, brewed in collaboration with the Canadian brewery Messorem. This forest-inspired limited edition features freshly harvested juniper sprigs for a bold, aromatic pine character.
Part of a forest-themed series brewed since 2021 – each edition offers a new interpretation, but always with a resinous, coniferous profile.
This year's version is a hazy, modern IPA, dry-hopped with Krush and Bru-1, featuring bright notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and subtle pine. Real juniper sprigs, added during the boil, provide an intense, complex forest aroma – herbal, earthy, and wild.
