A modern interpretation of the classic Belgian tripel. Brewed in collaboration with Gorilla from India. Indian poha rice was used for dryness. No spicy Belgian yeast was used, but instead, we added Indian peppercorns and kaffir lime leaves for subtle spicy notes.
