Rothaus Tannenzäpfle | Lager

Please note: Many of our German specialty beers come from small, local breweries that hardly export. These breweries often use a BBD (Best Before Date) of only 6 months. This is the date by which the brewer guarantees optimal quality and is when the beer is preferably consumed.

The actual shelf life of these beers is generally significantly longer (often around 12 months), provided they are stored correctly. Due to small-scale import and limited availability, it can happen that a beer is close to its BBD upon delivery.
