Pulfer Moka Express | Imperial Pastry Stout

An enormous body, oily and thick, chewy, yet very smooth, obtained from no fewer than 14 different malts from which we primarily extracted rich chocolate and nutty flavors, with a hint of liqueur.

What truly made this creation special, however, were the brilliant, fresh coffee beans. This time we chose the fantastic 'Sítio Canaa' coffee from the iconic Danish roaster La Cabra. Grown by Denilson Corsi da Silva on his Brazilian farm 'Cerrado Mineiro', this beauty is characterized primarily by a sweet milk chocolate aroma, with a touch of soft fruitiness.
