Polly's X Northern Monk Electric Feel | DIPA

Our friendship with the incredibly talented and hugely influential Northern Monk goes back to the very inception of the brewery; whether it was wise counsel we needed, support during tough times, or our shared passion for our football teams, we’ve built a close bond that’s woven throughout our history.

With Hop City coming up on our calendar, we couldn't pass up the chance to brew something massively hop-forward while we were in town to honor the best hop traders in the world.

Using a range of hops that are both well-used and well-respected, as well as brand new to us here at Polly’s, we’ve packed this beer with Polly’s favourites Idaho 7 and Strata, complemented by Alora and Erebus to create a DIPA that is dripping with sweet melon, peach, apricot, and yuzu, combined with the completely unique notes of blueberry, candied fruit, and floral rose from the Erebus.
