Momotarō is a popular Japanese folklore hero. He was born from a giant peach that was found floating in a river by an elderly, childless woman doing her laundry there. How does this story relate to this beer, you might wonder? Just like Momotarō, a few tons of peaches were found floating in the river right next to our brewery by a brewer with no brewing experience. Surprised by this discovery, he decided to combine them with passion fruit and a solid Berliner Weisse base to create this juicy fruit delight.
