A refreshing, modern take on the traditional gose. Brightly tart, slightly salty from sea salt, and beautifully balanced with fruit. Juicy raspberries provide body and depth, zesty lime boosts the acidity, and peppermint adds a subtle herbal edge. As always, we use only real fruit – raspberry puree and fresh lime juice – for a layered, vibrant, and well-rounded flavor.
