Northern Monk Sandwich King Cuban Patty Melt | Fruited IPA

Our next release with Sandwich King leans heavily into the zesty citrus flavours of our favourite West Coast style IPAs, but amplified with essential mandarin oil for an extra fruity kick.

Building on a light base of Extra Pale and Caramel Malt with a touch of biscuity Vienna, we’ve added plenty of resinous Centennial hops, creating a delicious, deep marmalade flavour. For the later additions, we opted for El Dorado, which highlights the freshness of freshly squeezed grapefruit, supported by more Centennial for extra floral top notes.
