Mogwaï Beer Company Back Off | Spiced Gose

Baeckeoffe Gose-style.

After Tarte Flambée (Vlam in Gose), after sauerkraut (Krautwerk), Mogwaï presents, much to their regret, Back Off, a Gose-style... Baeckeoffe.

It is, therefore, a dish that combines meat, vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions, and leeks), and herbs (thyme, bay leaf, parsley, salt, and pepper), generously drizzled with white wine, and traditionally cooked in an oven overnight in a ceramic pot sealed with a dough made of flour and water.

Except for the meat (replicated by smoked malt), parsley, and white wine, everything is present.
