Pastry Factory: Espresso Quad is what happens when a quadrupel meets the coffee craftsmanship of our friends at Matubu. We roasted the beans together. We brewed the beer together. Maximum craftsmanship, minimal compromises.
The foundation of the quadrupel is deep and warming, with a rich malt profile full of dark fruit, caramel, and toasted sugar.
To this bold base, we added the most coffee we have ever used in a beer: a dark, oily blend of Brazilian Arabica (red fruit), Salvadoran Arabica (nutty citrus), and Indian Robusta (spice, caramel). Roasted for a bold intensity, the coffee weaves itself effortlessly into the red fruit base and malty richness of the quad – as if they were made for each other. Smooth. Rich. Roasted. The grown-up cousin of your morning espresso.
