Rich, spiced, and full of character.
We started with 200 kilos of raisins, which we divided in two. Half was steamed into a thick molasses for a deep sweetness, while the other half was soaked in brandy, bringing out their warm alcoholic notes. To this, we added Ceylon cinnamon and vanilla from the Comoros, which provided layers of spice and softness.
The result is a stout with the richness of dark fruit, the gentle warmth of brandy, and a smooth finish that lingers long.
