Blueprints Bicycle – a fruity NEIPA that brings together the best of innovation and classic hop varieties. We worked with Mandarina Bavaria T90 and T45, super-concentrated hop pellets that deliver an explosion of tangerine flavor, and combined them with Citra and Mosaic for notes of clementines and passion fruit. Fermented with thiol-boosting yeast, we pushed the tangerine flavor even further, creating an extra intense fruit experience. Sustainable, full of flavor, and a perfectly fruity blend. Who wouldn't love that?
