Solera is our Sherry Brandy Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, which we had the honor, privilege, and good fortune to age in beautiful 500-liter Spanish sherry casks. The alcohol content is 11.9%, and at the brewery, we all agreed: "this is something else." We could all distinguish various flavors, including: warm brandy, a hint of vanilla, raisin, plum, and a touch of nut. A true treat for the tongue, perfect for relaxing and meditating after dinner.
