A typical Trappist ale with a warm amber color and a cream-colored head. The aroma is associated with clover and nuts, balanced by the sweet aromas of vanilla, raisins, and banana. La Trappe Quadrupel is the strongest of all La Trappe Trappist ales and is also the source of the name for this style. A full, heartwarming, and intense flavor. Malty with sweet notes of dates and caramel. The finish is smooth and slightly bitter.
