An IPA in barrels? We're all for it! Barrel Project 2026 has been aged for six months in Gouden Carolus and brandy barrels, yet it has remained surprisingly fresh. Thanks to dry hopping after aging, the hop aromas of citrus and tropical fruit fully come to the fore, creating a perfect balance between the depth of the barrel and the freshness of an IPA.
