Kaapse Puck is a Kettle Sour brewed with barley, buckwheat, oats, and wheat. This combination provides the sharp sour kick you expect from a sour, but with a lovely creamy counterpoint due to the use of buckwheat and oats. To complete this 'Plum Porter' edition, we added plums, resulting in an ultra-balanced harmony of sweet and sour.
