BoerenErf Kri-Vino (2024) | Lambic

Kri Vino is a blend of cherry wine aged in bourbon barrels and cherry lambic aged in bourbon barrels. On top of the traditional process, these barrels have undergone an additional aging period on wood.

Wood and texture are central to this expression. Vanilla notes from the bourbon barrels support the cherry aromas, which gain extra richness from the cherry wine. This bottle represents our quest for an
extravagant cherry lambic with a profound, wine-driven character.
