In 2025, we are celebrating the twelfth anniversary of the release of Of Foam & Fury, Ireland's first Double IPA, and a lot has changed since then. We have pulled out all the stops for a modern interpretation of this recipe. Triple dry-hopped and packed with Simcoe. For this edition, we have returned to Simcoe, the hop variety that was always the driving force behind this signature, hoppy DIPA. Simcoe is a delicious hop with notes of pine and citrus, bringing us back to the great Californian DIPAs we loved so much years ago. We have built upon a new, soft base of oats, wheat, and pale malt, which forms a modern canvas on which the classic Californian hop varieties can truly shine.
