This is a collaboration with Seven Island Brewery, a renowned Greek brewery that knows hops inside out. They have built a reputation for big, expressive IPAs, so collaborating felt like a no-brainer and had actually been in the works for a long time.

New Territory is an American IPA (7% ABV) with classic West Coast vibes and a fresh twist, and it is definitely new territory for us on our brewing journey! Centennial and Chinook bring out that familiar pine bitterness, while Simcoe in the whirlpool adds citrus peel and a touch of dankness. A dry hop of Citra, Simcoe, and Chinook layered in bright grapefruit and ripe mango. It is crisp, dry, and leaves just the right amount of bite. The malt bill (Pilsner, Pearl Pale Ale, Chit Malt, and Carapils) keeps the body light and zesty, while WHC LAX yeast ensures the hops remain in the spotlight.

Much like the open landscapes of the Wild West, New Territory is bold, unfiltered, and ready to be explored.
