Equilibrium Brewery Barrel Aged Peanut Cloud | BA Pastry Stout

We took last year's Peanut Cloud and aged it for just over a year in a single Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel, after which we conditioned it on peanuts and marshmallows. When poured, the beer appears full and syrupy; we taste and smell a balanced palette of peanut butter cups, liquid fluffernutter, bourbon, vanilla ice cream, and airy marshmallow, leading into a creamy finish reminiscent of a Rolo with caramel. This is a true EQ favorite.
