Dutch Bargain x Norm Mash Till You Crash | Imperial Stout

Collaborating with Norm! Last year, we met the brewers from Norm at the Bruges Beer Festival. It was a logical choice that we would have to brew together one day, and that day is today!

We decided to brew a double mash imperial stout. To create the layers, we added licorice and carob during the second mash. During fermentation, we spiced the brew with a hint of cinnamon.

Expect a big, powerful, and velvety imperial stout with a layered bouquet of flavors!
