Here it is!! Our newest baby, which we are very proud of: the BRUXELLENSIS, a 4-month bottle-conditioned beer re-fermented with 100% Brussels Brettanomyces yeast.
Amber-colored with copper reflections, very fruity (pineapple and red fruit), supported by hop aromas and complex notes of old leather. Despite its 6.5%, the dry and bitter finish is a surprisingly thirst-quenching one.
