This beer, strong and sweet, is meant to be enjoyed only on the most special days of the year, in the company of your loved ones. Our Potica Pastry Stout is brewed with carefully selected grains – light and dark, common and unusual, roasted and sweet – with Slovenian hops to balance the sweetness and a very long boil time for perfect caramelization.

Finally, we added the ingredients of our favorite Slovenian dessert. We carefully roasted the walnuts, chopped them finely, soaked them in rum, and added them to the fermenter. And for one last touch of happiness, we added pieces of real Potica (the traditional Slovenian nut roll), made by grandma herself.
