Basqueland Sun Valley | NEIPA

Sun Valley is a Hazy IPA, packed with Idaho 7 and Idaho Gem hops, known for their fruity aromas.

The body, as soft as a leaf in the wind, is the result of a precise combination: oat flakes, malted oats, raw wheat, and chit malt, all pursuing the same goal.

We fermented it with Vermont yeast, and Amarillo and Sabro hops were added to the whirlpool to release the compounds created by the interaction between the yeast and the hops.

These compounds contribute significantly to the aromatic and flavor profile. The result develops aromas of red fruit, peach, and citrus, with a distinct tropical character in every sip.
