Basqueland Mucho Mucho Simcoe | DIPA

Mucho Mucho Simcoe is our tribute to 25 years of Simcoe, the hop that turned the beer world upside down. An icon for its versatility, its strength, and because it is an essential part of the recipe for our beloved IPA Imparable.

To celebrate this, we went all out with a grand and unapologetic tribute: a DDH Double IPA brewed exclusively with Simcoe, made from a special selection of the hop itself to showcase its fruitiest, most expressive, and most uninhibited side.

Layer upon layer, we saturated this beer with essential oils of Simcoe – during the boil, the whirlpool, and dry hopping – to push it to the limit: red berries, passion fruit, grapefruit, and a deep pine resin. With a whopping 25 g/L of hops.
