Basqueland El Buey | American IPA

“El Buey” in Arica is brimming with the raw power of the Pacific Ocean. A West Coast IPA with a clean line and a solid foundation.

Brewed with Pale Golden Promise and Chit malts, which provide a light, crisp, biscuit-like base that ties everything together without overpowering the hops.

We used Simcoe in the whirlpool to create a resinous, balanced bitterness with a clean, dry finish.

And for the first time at Basqueland, Elani has been added to the dry-hopping, providing bright, modern fruit: lime, guava, and melon, combined with a dry, zesty, and highly drinkable base.

A wave of aroma. A perfectly tuned bitterness. An IPA that hits like a sledgehammer.
