Hypocrite is a Long Boiled Double Mashed Russian Imperial Stout - a modern version of the strong Russian Imperial Stouts from England. Fermented with an English Ale yeast and aged for 39 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.
Flavors of chocolate, licorice, and dark fruit blend with the complexity of years of aging in bourbon barrels, with notes of vanilla, coconut, and charred oak.
Brewed in April 2022.
