13% Double Amazonian Pepper Stout (Maple Syrup Barrel Aged).
Letztes Jahr haben wir zusammen mit Daorovida aus Brasilien nicht nur eine, sondern zwei Kollaborationen gemacht! Die zweite durfte ein Jahr lang in Fässern reifen. Es wurde ein exuberanter Double Stout von 13% mit geräucherten Pfeffern aus dem Amazonaswald und reichlichen Mengen Ahornsirup. Dieses Bier wurde in Ahornsirupfässer gelegt und ist milder im Pfeffer, aber stärker im Ahornsirup als ihre schärfere Schwester in Cognacfässern.

Last year, we collaborated with Daorovida from Brazil on not one, but two projects! The second one was left to mature in barrels for a year. It became an exuberant 13% Double Stout with smoked peppers from the Amazon rainforest and copious amounts of maple syrup. This beer was aged in maple syrup barrels and is milder in pepper but stronger in maple syrup than her spicier sister aged in Cognac barrels.
